Disclaimers

Health and Safety:

I take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your dog during the grooming process. However, grooming is a physical process and minor injuries, such as nicks or cuts, may occasionally occur.

Please note, to protect expecting mums and their puppies, I do not provide grooming services for pregnant dogs. Even gentle grooming can cause unnecessary stress during pregnancy. If your dog is pregnant or might be, please let us know so I can help you reschedule for a safer time.

Senior or special needs dogs are groomed with extra care and may require shorter sessions or modified services.

If fleas or ticks are found an additional treatment may apply or the appointment may be rescheduled.

Your dog’s wellbeing always comes first

Allergic Reactions:

In the case of an allergic reaction to grooming products, I will provide immediate care. However, I cannot be held responsible for any after-effects once the grooming session has ended.

Separation Anxiety:

Some dogs may experience anxiety during grooming. If your dog has a history of anxiety or stress during grooming, please inform me in advance so I can make arrangements to ease the process.

Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms:

A £10 deposit is taken at the time of booking, the remainder of payment for grooming services is due at the time of service. I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment and a late fee may apply.

Health and Behaviour:

I reserve the right to refuse service to dogs that are aggressive or pose a safety risk. If your dog has any known health issues or special needs, please inform me beforehand.

Liability:

While I take great care in providing grooming services, I am not liable for any injury or reaction caused by the grooming process, including skin reactions, allergic responses, or cuts. I strongly advise regular health checks with your veterinarian.

Your data will only be used for the purpose of providing dog grooming services and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
